From 1 August 2022, the EZ Worksheet management system was officially renamed the BookRelax management system, sharing a single brand with the BookRelax online booking platform.
Over the preceding eight years, we and our customers had witnessed the industry’s development together. The EZ Worksheet management system had helped customers handle more than 5 million appointments, sell 700,000 gift vouchers and send 1 million SMS messages. The original announcement described it as the most widely used operational management system in Australia’s Chinese massage and beauty industry.
After years of development, our products and services included the EZ Worksheet management system, the BookRelax online booking platform and online marketing services. From 1 August 2022, these three business areas came together under one BookRelax brand. We would continue to provide comprehensive digital solutions to help our customers with their digital transformation.
